    No, we don't.

    Q.2 Why do prices vary on different estimates

    Each contractor prices his labor, materials and overheads differently. This is why you end up with different estimates.

    Q.3 What kind of warranty do you provide?

    12 months labor and materials warranty.

    Q.4 How much deposit do you ask for?

    Depends on the size and lenght of the project.
